Additional Information

Arrival: Your apartment is usually available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.

Departure: We kindly ask our guests to vacate the room/apartment by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Short Stay Surcharge:

From €10 per person per day for stays up to 3 nights (depending on the season). Prices and information valid for the above-mentioned seasonal periods. Price changes, errors, and mistakes reserved. All information is provided without guarantee.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.

• For cancellations within 14 days, 90% of the total price will be charged.

• In case of no-show, 100% of the total price will be charged.

Per apartment/night, excluding a local tax of EUR 2.00 per person/night (from the age of 14). From 1.12.2024 the local tax will be € 2,60 per person per night.
